Consonant sound /m/ is pronounced like that FIRST sound when you say “mee”.
It is pronounced with your mouth closed, lips together with your tongue pushing back from your lower front teeth.
Consonant /m/ sound is VOICED, so there is a vibration in your throat when pronounced.
