Voiced consonant /θ/
Consonant /θ/ sound is produced by putting the TIP of your tongue between your front teeth and pushing air out through your mouth without vibrating your vocal cord.
When done right, /θ/ sounds like the most silent fart ever!
It is pronounced with the same tongue and lips placement as in voiced CONSONANT SOUND /ð/ but /θ/ is “voiceless”.
So there is NO vibration in your throat when you pronounce it.
The audio may sound like /f/ but it isn’t.
Just put your tongue between your front teeth and push air out without vibrating your vocal cord.

NOTICE: the /θ/ sound is found in words with -th- but /ð/ is in words with -the-.
