Voiced consonant /d/ sound
Consonant sound /d/ is pronounced like a short “dee“.
It is pronounced with the same tongue and lips placement as in voiceless CONSONANT SOUND /t/ but /d/ is “voiced”.
So there is a vibration in your throat when you pronounce it.

TAKE NOTE: “-ed” is pronounced as /d/ when it comes after a VOWEL or VOICED consonant sound.
